LTdye Welcomes Students as Part of the "Lince Jovem" Initiative As part of the "Lince Jovem" (Young Lynx) initiative—promoted by AEBA (the Baixo Ave Business Association) in collaboration with the CENFIM training center—LTdye was pleased to host six study visits involving six groups of young students. The primary goal of this initiative was to provide students with direct exposure to the practical realities of the business world and our specific operations, allowing them to gain firsthand insight into our processes, various work areas, and professional environment. At LTdye, we believe that bridging the gap between schools and the business world plays a vital role in the development of young people; it enriches their knowledge, opens up new perspectives, and helps them better understand the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in their professional futures. It was, therefore, a great pleasure to welcome these young students and contribute to a learning experience that we hope was both enriching and inspiring for everyone involved. We believe that bringing young people closer to companies is also a way of helping to build the future.
